Registration Details

Please refer to your individual registration confirmation letter for a list of inclusions and social functions.

Venue: Lobby Area, The Esplanade Hotel Fremantle.
Open hours are as follows:
Sunday            16:00 – 18:00
Monday           07:30 – 16:00
Tue – Thurs     08:30 – 16:00

Delegates are requested to personally collect their registration pack from the registration desk. Please ensure you always have your lanyard & name badge on you for eligible entry into sessions, catering in meal areas and social functions.

Parking

If you have purchased parking via the registration site, please drive through into the valet parking at the Esplanade. Your name will be with concierge and they will park your car. Please factor in some additional time for valet parking

Accommodation

If you have secured accommodation via the registration site all details have now been forwarded to the Esplanade and you can liaise directly with hotel booking staff.

Keep Cup

If you have purchased a keep cup, this will be available at the registration desk and can be collected upon registration. We still have some available and should you wish to purchase please contact Encanta nakita.rogers@encanta.com.au

Meal Breaks

Arrival tea and coffee and all tea breaks will be served in the Indian Ocean Suite and Sirius Room. Lunch will be served in the Atrium Garden Restaurant. If you have requested a special dietary meal, please make yourself known to staff who will be able to assist.

Wi-Fi will be made available to all AMSA 2019 delegates, please see access details below:
