Posters will be displayed for the full duration of the conference and it is highly recommended that posters are placed in position by the Welcome Reception on Sunday 7 July at 5pm. A poster board number will be allocated to you closer to the time.
It is a requirement that all posters be placed in position by no later than morning tea on Monday 8 July.
The dedicated Joe Baker Poster Session is on Monday 8 July from 18.30 – 20.30 where authors are required to be in attendance to discuss their poster. Drinks and canapes will be provided.
Should you not be attending the conference on this day, as a poster author you are invited to still attend the Joe Baker Poster Session. Please rsvp your attendance to this session if you haven’t already done so as soon as possible.
In addition to the Joe Baker Poster Session, the Scientific Committee have allocated time in the program for poster authors to give a short oral presentation on their poster on Monday 8 July between 10.45am – 12.00pm. Further details relating to this will be sent in due course.
Production of Poster
Posters will be displayed in towers grouped by theme, a single board will be allocated per poster board.
Maximum production size is AO, 841mm wide x 1189mm high (Portrait only)
Poster Set Up/Pack Down
Posters are required to be set up at the latest by morning tea on their dedicated poster board number. These details will be sent shortly.
Although there will be limited fixing materials available, we advise that you do bring your own supplies ie. blue tac. Please do not fix posters to any place other than the board to which it has been allocated.
All posters are required to be packed down on Thursday by afternoon tea. Any posters remaining after this time will be considered rubbish.
If you are unable to set up your poster at the required times you can deliver the printed poster either to our office or to the registration desk on Sunday 7 July and Encanta will place these in position for you. Please be advised that while all care is taken, Encanta will not be held responsible for any damage or missing posters.
